Preparation for tasting

How to try the wine correctly, how to rotate it in a glass, how to spread it in your mouth? These are the things you will find out during the tasting in a wine cellar and by visiting winemakers.

If you want to see the wines as best and intensely as possible, it’s good to get rid of all the scents and tastes that you carry yourself. Let’s start with the scent: I recommend that you don’t use strong perfumes, hair curing products and similar intensive sources of scents on the day you go to the wine tours. As for the taste in the mouth, which may have remained from washing teeth, breakfast or coffee, it is advisable to pour the mouth before the test with water and eat a piece of bread. This way, you will clean the taste buds from aggressive flavors and prepare them for wine pleasures.
